Returns Policy

30-Day Return Policy

Customers can return an item for any reason and receive a refund as long as it is shipped back within 30 days. The refund will be less our original shipping costs, payment processing fees, and the buyer is responsible for any return shipping charges. Some items have a 20% restocking fee. We only pass this fee on when we get charged for it. If you have questions about an item, please contact us. There are a few exceptions to this 30-Day Return Policy. 

Non-Returnable Items

Bulk and Custom Quoted Orders - Products that are purchased on your behalf are non-returnable. We are unable to send these items back; therefore, we cannot offer a refund.
Special Order Items - Such as a large statue or sculpture.
Un-Sealed Vintage Memorabilia – Collectibles where the buyer has removed the original plastic wrap or seal are non-returnable. Removing this drastically reduces the value of the collectible.
International Orders - All International Orders are Non-Returnable. 

How To Start a Return

Please contact us to initiate your return. Some items are returned directly to the vendor. We will need to give you the appropriate return authorization and shipping information. This is a relatively quick process. Other products will be shipped back directly to us. Please contact us for the details.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ship the item back in a safe manner and ensure that it is received in its original condition, including original item packaging; otherwise, full credit may not be granted. You should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that our vendor or we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days. There is often some processing time before the bank officially posts a refund. Please contact us with any questions.

Damaged Items

Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged item. We must be notified within 5 business days of receiving your order because we must file a claim with the carrier. You must keep the original packaging, including the shipping material for UPS inspection. We may need a few pictures of the box etc. We are sorry for this inconvenience. Rest assured that if these steps are followed, you will get a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer.

Order Cancellations

Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order. Please understand that we are charged a credit card processing fee that varies from 3.5 - 6% depending on the card used. If the customer requests the cancelation or we need to cancel because of an issue that is out of our control, such as being unable to meet a customer's short deadline, the refund will be less the transaction fees.
