How will you ship my order, and what will it cost me?

We are pleased to inform you that your order will ship for Free anywhere in the contiguous United States. Packages over 1 lb. will ship via Ground level service. Packages under 1 lb. will ship Ground level or First-Class Mail. We are unable to offer free shipping on International Orders, or shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, and Protectorates.

If you need Expedited Shipping Services, please reach us by email. We will use all of our resources to find the most economical and effective solution.

Wall Street Treasures can ship to your home or place of business, whichever you prefer.

We utilize USPS, UPS, and FedEx shipping services. We reserve the right to use an alternative carrier or method at any time.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships. At that point, you can expect your package to arrive within 1-5 days (Ground Shipping & First-Class Mail), depending on your location. Please note that these are estimated days, not a guarantee. 

Processing Times

Most orders ship within 1-2 Business days. The processing time should be added to the estimated shipping days to get a more accurate picture of when you will receive your order.

Signature Confirmation

We reserve the right to add a signature confirmation to any order. 

Incorrect Shipping Address

Wall Street Treasures is not responsible for shipping to an incorrect address. The customer inputs the "Ship To" address, and we rely upon the information given to be correct. We will attempt to intercept the package, but there are no guarantees this will be successful. The customer is responsible for any fees involved with intercepting the package. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund for a package that is delivered to the wrong address.

Freight Forwarding

We do ship orders to Freight Forwarding Companies. However, once the order is delivered to the Freight Forwarding service, we are no longer responsible for lost or damaged items. There are no refunds after the item is delivered to your Freight Forwarding Company. There are no exceptions to this policy.

International Orders

Wall Street Treasures ships to most countries via DHL, UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Please allow 2-7 business days for order processing. This time is in addition to the shipping days. Below are general guidelines from the shipping carriers.

DHL, UPS, and FedEx (2 - 7 Business Days) 

USPS Priority Mail Express International (3 - 5 Business Days)

USPS Priority Mail International (6 - 10 Business Days) 

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customers can expect that their package will take a few weeks to arrive from the day the order is placed. Please reach out to us in advance if you need expedited services.

Please Note:

International Orders are subject to customs fees, duties, import taxes, VAT taxes, brokerage fees, and potentially other fees levied by your government or shipping carrier. Wall Street Treasures does not collect any of these fees. These taxes and fees are not reflected in the price or anywhere on our website. The buyer is responsible for any and all fees related to their international order. The buyer pays these taxes and fees upon the arrival of their shipment into their home country. Every country imposes different taxes and fees, and it is the buyer’s responsibility to do their due diligence and to understand what they owe before they make a purchase. All orders must clear each country’s customs department. This takes time, and every country is different. Typically, customs officials inspect the goods and their invoice, and if everything checks out, they calculate the taxes and fees as a percentage of the total cost of your order. Please be aware that Customs Officials may call the buyer by phone or sometimes email to collect the taxes and fees before clearing the order through customs. It is crucial that we get a good phone number and email address that you monitor closely. Please contact your customs office to clear up any questions that you might have before your purchase. We have no control over these fees or how they are collected.

Additional Terms on All International Orders:     

Buyer is Responsible for Any and All Shipping Fees.

Buyer is Responsible for Any and All Import Fees, including but not limited to customs fees, duties, VAT taxes, and brokerage fees. These fees are to be paid by the buyer upon the arrival of the shipment. These fees vary from country to country and can range from an additional 10% - 50% in many cases.

If the buyer rejects the package or refuses to pay the taxes and fees, or the package gets returned to the sender for any other reason, the buyer is responsible for Any and All shipping fees and Any and All additional fees incurred, such as customs fees, etc.

If the package gets returned to the sender, upon receiving the parcel back in its original condition, the refund will be less Any and All shipping charges, and it will be less Any and All other additional fees incurred. If the item is returned damaged, the refund will be less the damage. All sales are final. If the package is returned to the sender for any reason and we do not receive it, we will not issue a refund of any kind.

The buyer is responsible for the legality of the items being imported. For instance, it is against the law to import historical documents such as currency notes and stock certificates related to the home country’s government in some countries. Wall Street Treasures is not responsible for any items seized by customs of the destination country. All sales are final. No refunds will be provided of any kind.
